I hired Diana to sell my inherited home and help me buy a new one for myself. She went above and beyond in her skillset to help me price the home accordingly, sell quickly and gave me all the advice and expertise she could. She was always available to answer questions, concerns and made sure I was happy with everything she did and said before we proceeded any further in our transactions. I was treated like I was part of her family and she made sure I made the most education decisions I could based on whatever circumstances were thrown my way, and she even put up with all of my annoying questions! I never once felt like a “customer” during the entire time she helped me.

Really glad we came across Diana. We ran into problems because our previous mortgage broker messed up our mortgage application, but Diana came through for us. She connected us to the right people who helped us fix the problem. She was very patient with us in finding a house, very responsive to messages. Even after we moved in, she still went above and beyond, to make sure we were settled in. She was much more than a realtor. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She is a great lady!

But something else made Diana more special to me and my wife. We feel that she genuinely cared about us. She was the one that showed us a house on Thanksgiving Day, guided us in the search for houses that would meet our reasoning and intuition (achievable dreams?), cheered for our success, and even gave us the courtesy of a brief geo class (true, she is a scholar!). Diana Groves, Realtor, Keller Williams Real Estate Services recently worked with both myself and my husband to list and sell our home.  It turns out immediately after we decided to list it, the horrible Coronavirus emergency affected our province.  Immediately, I was extremely worried that we picked the wrong time and almost reversed our decision.  The day after it was listed, the house had numerous showings all in one afternoon the following day.  I did not expect this and felt I was not ready.  Between being very anxious about people coming through my home due to the Virus contamination possibility and the requests for showings happening so fast.  Fortunately and unexpectedly the home sold that day.  I was very pleased - as I had decided after being so anxious with people looking at the house I could not go through another day of this anxiety - and would pull the listing.

Throughout this period Diana was so patient with me being anxious and asking a ton on questions - some silly and some legitimate.  She was calm throughout and made sure all the Protocals of the showings were followed.  Speaking and pre-qualifying other agents' clients and ensuring they answered all the health questions prior to agreeing to a showing.  She supplied a sign for the entrance way to "Wash Hands" and use the wipes when touching surfaces or doorknobs.  She only allowed one showing at a time.  

Following the agreed upon sale, Diana stayed in touch with me answering all my questions on next steps, etc.  I felt quite comfortable having been so anxious during a trying time.  I would recommend Diana Groves when you are thinking of selling your home.

Diana represented me as my real estate agent for both my recent house purchase as well as selling my house. It is very easy to tell when someone is passionate about their career; it shows through in their work ethic, their commitment to excellence and their passion for their work.
